I just want to express my appreciation for you both as business owners.
Rhi is awesome in every way.  She makes me feel its OK to text on a weekend (which of course its not).  She makes me feel that it’s OK to change clean days (which of course its not).  Then ….   we have Son, Tam, Em an Francesca.  They are a pleasure to have in our home.  I’m sure the girls know we appreciate them, but I’d like you to also understand the extra mile they go every week. Their attention to detail is beyond and their respect for Gaz and I is so appreciated.
